Neighborhood Assistance Program
Access is an approved NAP organization
We have been awarded allocations on a basis of proven operational success and the capacity to serve impoverished families. Offered through the Virginia Department of Education, the Neighborhood Assistance Program is a state tax incentive program. Its purpose is to encourage private sector involvement in the alleviation of poverty in Virginia. If you are an individual or business, a minimum donation of $500 or $616, respectively, will qualify you for NAP state tax credits. However, these tax credits are limited and awarded on a “first-come, first-served” basis.
